What is "thumbnail"?
A video thumbnail is a still image that acts as the preview image for your video. A thumbnail was a smaller version of a full digital image that could easily be viewed while browsing a number of images.

There are several possible reasons why your images are not showing up on your pages, like:
- The image file is not located in the same location that is specified in IMG tag. (we'll fix it, only email to us)
- The image does not have the same file name as specified in your IMG tag. (we'll fix it, only email to us)
- The image file is corrupt or damaged. (check yourr file(s) and then try again)
